Also the title update on xbox 360 with my standard disk version says: "Crysis®2 Title Update", not sure if this makes any difference. Anyone know how many times you can reboot nanosuit on this game? 5? 10 times? I just hope rebooting the nanosuit hasn't blocked dedication now as I read in some places that might be a possible cause for it not unlocking properly. I guess my next step is to reboot nanosuit again but with disk version and playing on xbox 360 only from now on and hope it unlocks while ranking up again or when doing weapon token glitch. Played a match and neither dedication or tooled up unlocked at the end of the game (in a glitched 2 player online lobby).
I ended up buying a standard disk (not LE version) today and playing on xbox 360, weapon token unlock glitch still didn't unlock achievement. Did the weapon glitch again with the tokens and back out to main menu etc with 1 weapon at a time, multiple, a few here and then a few there etc multiple times but no luck still. As for tooled up, i rebooted nanosuit on 17th June and ranked back up to rank 45, tried to do the weapon glitch again as I didn't get it unlock during ranking up like to lvl 9 like some others have mentioned. Dedication unlocked on 6th January 2022 or something due to the year glitch i guess, but my main account didn't have this luck annoyingly - I guess i might need to do the 31st December 2023 then 1st January 2024 and hope at this rate. Tooled up work via the weapon token unlock glitch and going to main menu etc. My 2nd account I was using to double box, got both tooled up and dedication OK. First played on 17th November 2022, should have got it in May, tried in June too but nothing, played at least once every month - played on 1st of every month, 17th and every 3rd week on Thursday as that is what it was when i first started, but no luck. I tried constantly for the past 7 months for dedication.

I was using the EA play digital version on the Xbox Series X. On another note: Both Dedication and Tooled up have glitched on me. To sum it up, if you have the Limited Edition version of the game, you will either need to activate the Limited Edition content included in your LE copy of Crysis 2 or you will need to follow the guide put up by Armor Follow this to glitch lobby to play with less than 6 players (even yourself only). Also for anyone with the Limited Edition of the game, please refer to the solution put up by "WhataLump". Good luck guys, hope it works for everyone as well as it did for me and my friend! NOTE 2: From the comments it seems this only works with the Disk version of the game and not the Games on Demand version. Also you can do this at any level over 39 as long as you have not used up all your unlock tokens and have at least 1 weapon left to unlock. I had to do it 2 times for all 3 weapons before it finally poped! NOTE: I don't know if it works if you unlock and equip (using X), so to be on the safe side I would just unlock the weapon with A and then follow the guide. Once you are there, load up multiplayer again and you will notice you have your weapon unlock coins and the weapon you just bought is no longer unlocked. So basically, you will want to buy one of the weapons, then as soon as you have done that back out of multiplayer by pressing B until you are back in the main menu.
It should work with anything as long as you are at least level 39 and have at least 1 weapon unlock coins (the more you have the faster it is). I was level 43 with only c4, M20 14 Gauss and x-43 Mike as weapons left to unlock.
Alright guys, this worked for me and a couple others who I shared it with and seems to be a workaround for this glitched achievement as well as a way to get it early. It appears they are still up as of October 2020. WARNING: servers for this game were scheduled to shut down on Oct 11 2018.
